Having just played all classes to near level 20 over the past month or so, I have discovered that something is wrong with the combat pacing of Captains. They seem to have an issue where once every other fight or so you will be stuck auto-attacking once or twice while waiting for cooldowns. I have not seen this with any other classes.
Is this an intended mechanic, or is this the result of them being overlooked with the recent combat changes for faster gameplay?
I really would like to see if Turbine has any word on this as it seems to greatly effect DPS almost to hitting like a "wet noodle" levels...
